Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 7 days of arrival the first nights stay will automatically be deducted from your account.

No charge will be applied to your credit or debit card in respect of your booking until you arrive at your hotel; you will however need to submit your card details when booking in order for us to confirm your reservation. A reservation confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address confirming the details of your booking. We regret that we are unable to forward reservation confirmations by postal mail. All extras (e.g. drinks, phone calls) incurred during your stay should be paid for on departure from your hotel.

In the unlikely event that we need to amend your reservation, we will confirm this in writing in advance of your arrival.

Security Statement

To ensure the security of your credit card information when you book a hotel through lynchotels.com we use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card and other sensitive data over the Internet.

If your browser supports SSL, please select the Secure Mode option when confirming your booking and your credit card and other personal details will be protected by this technology. If you are restricted by the capabilities of your browser then you can use the non-secure mode but we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of any browser to allow you peace of mind during any further transactions.

We take great care with personal information that is provided to us online, taking steps to keep it secure and ensure it is used only for stated purposes.
Please note if you make a reservation through lynchotels.com, your contact details are automatically included in our subscribers list following which you will receive details of special offers which we periodically email on behalf of Lynch Hotels and partner promoters.

Legislation

As a result of the recent amendments to Licencing laws, we regret that children (aged up to 18 years) are not permitted in our hotel bar areas after 9pm. In applicable hotels, we have extended the opening hours of our KidsPlus play-centres to minimise any inconvenience to guests.

Price Inclusive

Your reservation confirmation will confirm what is included in your booking.

Please also note we are only able to accept credit cards or Laser cards for phone bookings and full prepayment will be required to confirm bookings.

Leisure Clubs/Kids Facilities
We are delighted to confirm that rates quoted include free leisure club usage where available during the course of your stay with us (charge applies for peak times only). Peak times are 7am - 9am, 5pm - 8pm weekdays (hours of opening may vary at our Green Isle Hotel - details available on request), there are no peak times at weekends(Peak Time Charges apply at our Green Isle Hotel); mid-term peak times are 6pm - 8pm weekdays; the tariff for peak time usage again which is entirely optional, is €4 per person, €10 per family.

Usage of spa facilities where available is not included in the above rates, and services are charged as taken.

At our family hotels, our kids playrooms are operated by 3rd parties and therefore supplements will apply; these supplements vary between hotels and full details are available on arrival including opening hours and inclusive activities.
